Salesforce Consulting
For Colorado Nonprofits.
Turner Process Mapping works exclusively with Colorado-based nonprofits — and I mean exclusively. No corporations, no out-of-state clients. Just mission-driven organizations across Colorado getting expert Salesforce support, delivered personally by me, from first conversation to final delivery.
Why Turner Process Mapping
I'm Familiar With What Colorado Nonprofits Are Up Against
I've worked inside Colorado nonprofit Salesforce orgs: NPSP builds, integrations, and custom development across the Front Range and beyond. I've seen the same problems show up again and again, and I have an approach for how to fix them.
Your Data Has a Duplicate Problem
Donors give under different emails, volunteers use nicknames, and suddenly your org is full of duplicate contacts. I clean it up and put guardrails in place so it stays clean.
Your Marketing Tools Aren't Talking to Salesforce
Whether it's Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Marketing Cloud, getting your email platform to sync cleanly with Salesforce is a common struggle. I've solved it many times over.
No Dedicated Admin Is a Security Risk
Most nonprofits don't have a full-time Salesforce admin, which means user permissions and security settings are often misconfigured or neglected. I audit and fix that before it becomes a problem.
Fundraising Reports Shouldn't Require a Miracle
When your event data lives in one system, donations in another, and volunteer hours in a spreadsheet, accurate reporting is nearly impossible. I build unified reporting that gives your board a real picture.

The Story Behind TPM
I Built This Firm Because Colorado Nonprofits Deserve Better
During my time at a larger consultancy, I saw practices I couldn't stand behind: upselling products clients didn't need, handing the real work off to junior employees, and never truly listening to what an organization was actually trying to accomplish. I watched trust erode. I watched mission-driven teams lose time and money they couldn't afford to lose.
I started Turner Process Mapping in 2025 to do the opposite. I work exclusively with Colorado nonprofits because I believe in the work they do — and I invest real time learning each organization: its people, its processes, and what it's actually trying to accomplish. I'm patient by nature. I ask a lot of questions. And I don't move until I'm confident I understand what you need.

Let's Talk About
Your Organization
Every engagement starts with a real conversation — not a sales pitch. Tell me where you are, what's frustrating you, and what you're trying to accomplish. I'll listen carefully, ask questions, and be honest about whether and how I can help.
Quick Response
I respond to every inquiry personally, typically within one business day.
No Obligation
Our first conversation is just that: a conversation. No pressure, no pitch.
You Talk to Me
Your inquiry comes straight to me. Not a sales team. Not an intake coordinator. Me.
